My room was small but everything was well presented, spotlessly clean, and all the fittings and equipment worked. Bed very comfortable too. Just around the corner from the fusion and leaning tower and some good eating places on the street right outside. Excellent!"

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

"The Annexe room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean. There were plenty of clean towels and gowns and slippers were provided. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with choices from the buffet or al la carte. The hotel is well located on the strip opposite the beach and with the pine forest behind and within easy reach of the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Sin Astor."
