"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . "The apartment was in a lovely location—nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. "When you first walk in, it’s very lovely. The staff is excellent. The area with the beautiful pool overlooking the water the very nice private beach and the facilities are top notch and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. They make you omelettes and pancakes, which is very unusual for an Italian hotel. Only a couple of negatives, which was the parking that’s not on the hotel premises, but you have to walk about 100 m outside the hotel and the soundproofing of the room. You can hear the people in the hallway outside of your room talking, which makes me think they can also hear us inside our room. Overall, though I would rate this as definitely a hotel that will not disappoint. And I will definitely return back."
