"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). "We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a nice spacious clean room, and the hotel was beautiful, especially the outside gardens. We really enjoyed taking an afternoon break and sitting out there for a bit, enjoying the beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The breakfast was really good with several options, and the coffee service was exceptional. The only downside was the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for my wife to sleep. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
