"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Outstanding hotel. Located walking distance to all of the sights, the hotel really helped make our first trip to Catania one to remember. They upgraded our room, provided us with directions and dining recommendations. When we wanted to see a teatro du pupi they helped arrange a reservation on a local show down the street. The room was spacious and art deco with a patio. Breakfast was delicious and they made eggs and coffee upon request. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel stands at a very prominent location overlooking the sea. It is a big hotel but spread out. The pool is probably one of the best I've been in and the staff very attentive around the pool and pool bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We fund the breakfast was disappointing, more because of the quality of the food rather than quantity. It's worth getting a room overlooking the sea, I wouldn't like to be facing inland or on the ground floor."

"Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great. "

"Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco."
