"Amazing central location in Verona!
Warm welcome and helpful team.
Breakfast was great, with plenty of options.
Although central, hotel is on a quiet street so no overnight noise…great night sleep."
"Hotel is located on the outskirts of Verona and takes approx. 15 mins walk to the centre & approx. 10 mins to the station (which was a positive). Property is tired and requires a large investment for renovation. Hotel is classified as a 4 star but is more like a 3 star, rooms do not have an iron or ironing board, every day I had to request milk/cream for tea in my bedroom. A kettle was provided but the plug did not fit in the socket. European adaptors did not fit in many of the sockets. One particular day the rain was awful and when I returned to the hotel I asked if my trousers could be dried and was told "no". I questioned if they had a laundry service and was told that they were unable to launder my trousers, again, for a 4 star hotel I would expect this service to be available. TV in the room was not working and had to request maintenance to visit. Fridge in the room did not work and tap in the bathroom needed maintenance as each time you turned it on, it made an horrendous noise. Overall an 'OK' hotel but would not stay again if I was in Verona."
"I really loved staying here. The place was very clean and cozy. It was very accessible to the attractions, bus stops. Self check in was a plus. They sent me a video on how to check in and it was very helpful. The host was responsive to questions and helpful. I definitely recommend this place :)"
"The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Everything was neatly arranged, fresh, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which gave us a very good first impression. The housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and relaxing at all times. We appreciated the attention given to cleanliness and guest comfort.
The staff members were also very helpful, polite, and professional throughout our visit. They responded quickly to requests, answered questions patiently, and made every effort to ensure that guests felt comfortable and well cared for. Their warm attitude added greatly to our positive experience.
Another highlight was the continental breakfast served each morning. There was a good variety of food options and beverages available. Everything was presented neatly and replenished regularly, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The television had limited English channels, which reduced entertainment options for international guests. Also, the kettle in our room was broken and could not be used.
Overall, our stay was excellent. The combination of a clean room, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast made our visit very enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation."
"This was a perfect place to stay with our big family. Everything is small in the bungalows but big enough to comfortably sleep eat and cook. Everything was very clean. I love that. There is a restaurant in a market in the campground, which made it very convenient for meals.
The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we had to rent towels and we had to buy our own toilet paper. But other than that, everything was great."
