Hotel del Sur
Came back for one last night before leaving for home. Flight was very late and the staff didn't give us any trouble about hanging by the pool after we had checked out. Plenty of parking and close to front door of hotel.

Cabinas El Quetzal
Beautiful room with balcony overlooking a rushing river. Staff (Angie) was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts.

Macho Mora Mountain Lodge
We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. ...

Colinas Tinamastes
The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night.
