"The room was clean and as expected with exception of the ventilation in the room wasn't very good. When someone showered even if the air was on, the entire room moist. The amenities are great. Love the gym, pool, jacuzzi, social hour, and complimentary breakfast with so many options. The staff are wonderful!"

"It was 100° when I got to Pomona the day I checked in and found the pool and the Jacuzzi both under construction along with part of the hotel. Not a major thing, but I was really planning on spending a couple hours by the pool before I went to my event anyway other than that everything was good. Staff was great."

"I want to say our stay was 10/10. The room was clean, the morning staff were super friendly and professional. The breakfast was okay but for 20 dollars I would expect more variety. It was some fruit, yogurt, toast, juice, scones, churros and cereal but not bowls. You had a choice between two different egg dishes. It was good. But again for 20 dollars a person I think it could be more. We couldn’t get into our room on time. We had a concert to go to and had to be there by 4:30 and we were supposed to get our room at 4 and by 4:15 they still didn’t have the room. So we couldn’t finish getting ready before the concert. Front desk person was not apologetic or understanding. He was clearly just ready for us to go away. Overall it was a good stay, but if I knew I wouldn’t be able to get in my room I probably would have stayed somewhere else. Also it’s impossible to get ahold of them over the phone."
