"Nice property, clean, great location, easy free parking. Only issue, the shower is poorly desingned. Shower has one fixed door and one sliding door. But the shower head is located on the far side of the shower with the fixed door and there is no diverter, so you are forced to enter the shower to turn on the water. And because it takes time for the water to warm up, you get a blast of cold water. If you are taller and have long arms you can reach in and turn on the water and only expose your arm the the cold shower. But for those more petite individuals, showering includes a temporary cold toture before you can enjoy a warm shower. The complimentary breakfast is standard and good. Bed is comfortable. We have stayed many times and will return, despite the disappointing shower design."

"Property has gone downhill. Coyotes wander at night, there’s no security so it’s a fend for all. They do leave the lobby doors wide open so you can try to run in without one catching you if they aren’t already inside. Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both ends. Rooms have “new” paint and carpet but still people have already managed to ruin it. Property itself has lost its charm. I’d rather stay at the Hilton by Ontario airport This review is coming from airline flight crew that spends 70% of my time in hotels. Hope this helps."

AC Hotel Pasadena

"AC Pasadena is newer so everything is still in good condition. The rooms are very clean. Lobby area is airy and they have fire pits around outside to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. The feather pillows were too flat. If you stay on the 5th flr, you may need to ask where on the 5th flr because our room was right under the restaurant so there was some loud banging of large furniture, chairs, or heavy items being dropped on the floor. The noises were for a short time but it was startling and too loud. Hotel location is good. Self parking across the street worked out great for $8 for 24/hrs. You could pay for the parking garage or the valet but we didn't need it."
