"The staff were excellent in helping in making our stay comfortable & meet our need for transportation, food & places to visit. The room is spacious & having a full kitchen in the room is a plus. The place is conveniently located to malls & airport. The only downfall is that the room /bathroom smells bad. The bathroom floor needs some bleaching. Spray /disinfect the room with some lysol. Put some bleach when washing the bed linens as the blanket smelled urine. I wish there is free shuttle to the mall which is only a few minutes away. Maybe at least 2trips to the mall per day would really help. The pool wasn’t functioning during our stay. The restaurant staff was very accommodating, they prepared our food earlier than the usual restaurant hours as we have to leave early for our tour."

"Family friendly resort. Rooms were nicely updated and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Robert made our pool stay relaxing. Ashley Ann was very helpful and accommodating at breakfast. She always remembered our double espresso with a side of steamed milk. The property itself was in a great location for exploring all that Clark and nearby cities had to offer yet far enough away from the hustle and noise of the city. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends."
