"Excellent"

"Ibis Styles is new, and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the check out is terrible. I turned in my keys, and they called housekeeping to check my room. I waited and waited, then they ask two random employees that walked by to check my room, then called someone else again. I ended up standing around almost ten minutes while my driver waited outside. What if multiple people were there before me? I was finally given the all clear to leave. People, you have my card on file, if something is wrong you have recourse! I did not ask for a receipt, I wonder how long that would have taken?"

"2 outdoor pool with restaurant is nice. Not much help from the guard in parking. The hotel staff are good and friendly."

"the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet."

"Pool was nice. Staff was responsive to our needs. Room was cool and clean. Refrigerator was larger than expected and very cold! Easy beach access. Nice bars/ restaurants. Good affordable food and drink. I would stay with them again. "
