"Location: Great location as its on the main board walk in town and allows you to walk either east or west to other areas. Easy access from the main island highway. Hotel: Very nice, quiet with great amenities. We had VIP access which was wonderful and we utilized each day.Room: Very nice, quiet, spacious with good views. I would certainly stay here again."

"Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid. Beds/mattress ok 7/10 Bedding 5/10 Soundproofing-5/10 Blackout curtains 6/10 Shower 10/10 Room towels 2/10 Water filling stations - 10/10 Food: 8/10 good buffet style food, lots of choice,some vegan/gluten All inclusive snack 10/10 bar open from Gym- 8/10 Fitness activities 10/10 - 10/10 -2 good-sized pools one more for kids. Good location 10/10 "

"Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer. Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend."

"Room was really clean, basic ammenities for self catering included. The only let down was breakfast not having a great cooked meats selection, but cant complain for free. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would visit again."
