It was the staff They double book you because they don't want to pay a hotels.com fee and then they say it will fall off. They then decide to not help with their TVs being out because they are in construction or just don't want to help."

"The hotel was built in the 20’s, so it’s not fancy, but it has charm and our room and kitchenette were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had both an air conditioner and windows that open. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. "

Shopping right across the street with a great Lazy Acres, laundromat, Serranos ... a terrific and inexpensive Mexican restaurant (huge portions). Price is right for Encinitas."
