The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. "CDH is a friendly little hotel located in between the airport and train station. Taxi to Bologna Centrale cost €21. Check in was a breeze. The front desk persons were friendly and helpful. "Corona D'Oro is a wonderful hotel right in the middle of things! The lobby, with an expansive, skylight, is lovely! The room was comfortable with plenty of closet / drawer space. The restaurant is full service for all meals, and the bar is fun and raucous! Concierge service by Maria Rita is unsurpassable. She is truly a delight and an excellent ambassador for Corona D'Oro!"
