"The staff was extremely helpful regarding that only the property but giving suggestions on where to go and what to do. The lobby was a little musty smelling but other than that everything else was perfect so I have no complaints in that area. The only thing I was a little perturbed about was that on three different occasions when talking to the hotel staff, prior to arriving, if they had adjoining rooms, which I was told they did not however we had Rooms next to each other where we can go in and out from the balcony part side, and as it turns out the balcony wall that connects the two rooms was a wall in the area that looked like it had once been a door. So the family had to keep going into the hallway using their key card and although not a real big problem, since I was the one who made the inquiries and was told that we could go in and out of each other’s rooms via the balcony and since I was paying for these rooms, I was a little perturbed that I was given incorrect information, but as I said, it wasn’t a real big problem and everything was excellent other than that"
"Upon arrival and checking in staff was great but when we got to our room there were no towels to shower had to call front desk and the phone in the room wasn’t working properly! Also there was not enough parking for the guest!"
"The bathtub/shower needs to be updated
Rust on the bathtub was a unsightly mess
Toilet seat needed to be fixed wobbly
Loved the view
Loved the restaurant attached
It was nice to have a credit due to the parking fee attached to the hotel
The area was nice to walk around to the other restaurants close by"
"Beautiful property. Room was very clean, very nice; but did have a few maintenance issues. Love that we could stay a day of check out until 10 o’clock and use the property and all the pools and hot tubs, but wish the pools were open later during our stay (all close at 10)."
"Other than the rooms being a little bit dated (just kinda older stuff) everything was fantastic. We stayed in tower 3 floor 11 and I have to say the views were amazing!! If you get the chance to use the west(glass) elevator do it about 45 minutes before sunset and go up haha the view is stunning!!! We will definitely be staying there again."
"Staff was very helpful.
Amanda at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to solve a reservation problem for me. I would like to thank her again for making my stay at the Dana very enjoyable."
