"1) The sound insulation is bad. If you are staying in front of pool, be prepare to hear the noise. 2) AC not working 3) Hair dryer not working 4) Very slow internet The hotel should invest more on the maintainence for sure."

"Rooms felt old and dingy. The photos tricked us. We paid extra for a room surrounding the pool like they have in the photos but got placed in some other room in a building down from the main office. Floor felt and looked perma dirty. Place could use a good update to match the advertising photos."

"The resort is lovely and has a very tropical lush feel we were stay vacationing 30 minutes from home and it really felt like we’d flown to Hawaii or somewhere in the South Pacific. The accommodation was great for a family of four, with a nice bungalow, large bedroom space and cute bathroom and we had a view out onto the bay. During our stay one of the restaurants was closed, and so we ended up having the same menu on both nights. The hotel did tell us ahead of time about the restaurant being closed for maintenance. The main pool was decent with waiter service and reasonable availability of beds, although it was busy because it was during kids school break spring break. One criticism would be the gym, my husband felt all the equipment was tired old or broken but that wasn’t a big deal because we only went to the gym once. Over we would rate it a 9 out of 10!!"

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."
