"The room was great and they were able to get us into it right away - the staff is amazing!!! Super walkable area and close to tram and stadium. We were even able to buy our zoo tickets at the front desk cheaper than at the zoo."

"We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. "

Our room was in the tower building which was nice but the rooms, though clean, were outdated and could use some refurbishing. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."
