This property seems well maintained, it offers a breakfast that was pretty good with a fair amount of choices. The location is excellent, it is close to Little Italy, a trendy area with lots of restaurants and across the street from Seaside pier another great area with lots of restaurants. My only criticism was our room wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was always helpful and friendly

The room was spacious and clean. But it looked outdated compared to another Residence Inn facility a few blocks away. The staff was helpful and professional, as one would expect at any Marriott. Breakfast was decent and standard. The building overall seems old and hasn't been modernized.

It’s probably better for a short-term resident than a overnight traveler or a tourist. No stores or restaurants near by, dark hallways, and no view. All doors including main entrance kept lock and sundries limited. DoorDash did not have a lot of options and walking the neighborhood was questionable. But, the room was clean and tidy and equipped like a typical Residence Inn. I left before breakfast was available.

I stood here for a full week with my family, I was worried because I have two younger daughters and needed a crib for my youngest. The staff were super accommodating and provided a pack and play for us. Over all the staff was super nice and very helpful when we had questions, the area is a great area we walked a lot, and just followed well lit areas which you can see from the preprint is the majority surrounding it. We will book there again, thank you hotel staff for everything and making our stay wonderful!

The staff was approachable and always had a smile when we passed the front desk. They even provided a couple places to visit and eat at near by. Our room was clean and very quiet from outside noise which was great since we were by the rail. Breakfast was good, always hot and a good selection for something quick to start the day.

The room smelled, felt and looked so clean. We got the suite with a bay view and it was extraordinary. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Great location with tons to do around the city within walking distance. Such a pleasant experience and worth every penny.

Booked a 2 bedroom room but they overbooked so I was given two separate rooms that weren’t next door, but a few rooms down the hall. It wouldn’t of mattered but in this case I had 3 minor children with me. My only other option was a room on the second floor with rooms further apart. I was already late to an event so I couldn’t really argue about it. Got to the first room and it was humid, carpet was moist, strong chemical odor, dirty walls, drawers didn’t properly close, it didn’t feel right, felt dirty. Seconds room was better but still felt dirty. I’ve stayed at other Residence before and have always had a pleasant stay and clean room. This one was just terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Oh and there was rats by the pool.

What a great place to stay!  We stayed here for 2 1/2 wks in Aug.& are coming back this weekend! First, their staff: They're all very friendly & helpful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Yari.  She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help us in any way she could. Thank you, Yari for making our experience so pleasant! The rooms here are great too. They’re large, very spacious, and have everything you need in the kitchen except an oven! There’s a sink, stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster.  They also provide so many things you need: paper towels, a sponge, soap, kitchen towels, utensils, cutting knives, a cutting board, measuring spoons, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cups.  Their breakfast is so yummy!  They have scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, and tortillas to make a breakfast burrito. Also: bagels, muffins, toast, English muffins, yogurt, toppings for a parfait, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, and waffles syrup, caramel, or strawberry topping, and whipped cream! There’s a gym, a swimming pool, and two BBQs and they will provide you with BBQ equipment. The location is awesome!  In Little Italy, next to tons of restaurants, across from Waterfront Park. You can walk along the water to touristy spots for tours, the Midway, etc. And it’s only about a mile from Seaport Village and the Gaslamp District. We come to San Diego often and will now only ever stay here! Highly recommend.
