Excellent location, clean room and very friendly staff. It is close to the zoo, seaworld and many restaurants. Manager Manny was responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here for my future visits to San Diego.

Do not stay here. Our stay was terrible. It’s sketchy activity at night with various nighttime activities going on. The room was not entirely clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

Are is near an industrial zone on edge of residential. Pretty sketch after dark. Room was clean but a bit rough. Bathroom sink fixture leaked whenever it was on. Mattress was not good. Staff was very helpful.

I would not have normally stayed here it is really old but I have to say it was very clean and very quiet. I think the owners are trying to clean it up and make it a nice place to stay. I wish them luck and would probably stay there again. The staff couldn’t have been better.

If you are looking at reviews to see if you should stay here. RUN. Absolutely disgusting room. Ants everywhere. Walls dirty and falling apart. Bathroom door handle falling off. Window lock broken off. Nothing like the pictures online. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

This is one of the cheapest places to stay close to the airport, so I expect it to not be perfect - I don’t know how they have a 7.6 rating - Nothing within walking distance Doesn't look like the safest neighborhood The shampoo was in packets, that’s annoying when you are in the shower trying to open packets Had to complain about the noisy neighbors at 10pm and they fixed that quickly The TV didn’t work properly - remote wouldn’t change channels or anything except volume and power Bed was nice, facility was clean
