Excellent location in Little Italy, just a couple blocks from the water front! The front desk staff were so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms spotless! I would definitely stay here again.

I loved our stay here! It’s so beautiful and close to a lot of places. Lauren was so sweet and helpful upon our early arrival and helped safely store our bags until check in time. Housekeeping staff kept our room smelling good and very clean all week! Thank you so much ladies! I loved the couch and spacious shower. The bed and pillows were so comfy! We did not get to use the amenities but we did check them out and everything was very well maintained. I loved that their gym had a roller and bands. Their convenience market was well stocked- we got our Evian waters every morning and they saved me by having contact solution available. I’d love to come back and stay here!

Clean rooms, Staff Member at the front desk Agape and one other young gentleman at the valet, didnt catch his name but worked the afternoon of Jul 3, he was great too. Pool are is extremely slippery and unsafe. My daughter fell as well as another child. That is just a bad accident waiting to happen. Excellent views from Habor room. Walking distance to little Italy restaurants and other Harbor restaurants/museums, waterfront park. Price was good, beds were comfy. Parking is pricey.

I had the best experience! An employee named Agape helped me with changing my reservation to two double beds. She was so nice and accommodating. I knew my birthday trip would be amazing. My room was very clean and my husband and I loved the gym and pool. We also had dinner in the beautiful courtyard. Our stay was 10 out of 10.

Location is TOP! staff super friendly! and great with my dog!. The only two things were they have construction with drilling starting saturday and sunday at 8 am (not Great!) and also the jacuzzi could use some cleaning! but other than that great location, great staff and amenities! walking distance to everything!
