"We love the beauty "

"It was like staying in an old time elegant home in the historic lodge. The reading room was our all time favorite. If we were not out and about we were there. They had installed an elevator to use to get to the second floor and basement to the underground parking garage, with a garage door!! The breakfast was homemade and wonderful as were the happy hour snacks and beverages. It instantly became our all time favorite place !"

"The hotel El Cordova was a jewel. I loved the quaint and historic feeling of this boutique hotel. The pool was beautiful and the suite we stayed in was roomy, clean and we were able to use the fridge to store some food. Miguel’s Cocina serves delicious food at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay here with the beautiful scenes on the tiles around the property. I felt like I had escaped to Spain. The location was great, close to shopping and the beach. A very walkable area. I would definite back to this hotel and the lovely area of Coronado. 💕"

"This place is wonderful. CLEAN. Comfortable. We are in our late 60's and was able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Good breakfast. On Coronado this place is a bargain when you consider parking anywhere is going to cost at least $50 day and breakfast is another at least $40 a day. Take the ferry over to Seaport Village which is way easier than driving and having to find a place to park. If you have mobility issues public transportation is easy to use as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was gorgeous. The rooms were wonderful however they have no designated area set aside for those who might want to enjoy a nice cigar and a drink. That was very disappointing."

"Cherokee Lodge is in a great neighborhood, 1 block off Orange, the main street through town. Excellent accommodations, clean and quiet. Walkable to shopping and excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and again.Walkablle "

"We loved it because it was quiet. The only downside was the pool wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. All the rest, was great!!!"
