"Ubicación excelente, el hotel tiene sus años pero las habitaciones estan remodeladas, sin embargo no hay agua caliente (muy pocas veces había) y hubo un día y noche sin WiFi. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno."

"The place was dirty, old. Dust. Even old food from a few days at a small old fridge. I left with my family inmediatly to an apartment. I dont recommend not for a second to go here!!! This was my only bad experience in Galapagos."

"We had a great and enjoyable stay at Golden Bay Galapagos. The room was meticulously cleaned with very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as you can walk to everything, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. They have the best cocktails in Galapagos. Look for those freshly made pizzas in the evening. Thank you to an amazing staff We will absolutely return to Golden Bay Galapagos."

"Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy positiva desde el primer momento. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad, ofreciendo información clara sobre el hotel, los servicios y las opciones de la zona. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes fue excelente, algo que se agradece mucho durante la estadía. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y bien cuidada, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. La piscina también fue uno de los puntos más agradables del hotel: limpia, bien mantenida y perfecta para relajarse en familia o desconectar un rato. En general, el ambiente del lugar transmite tranquilidad, seguridad y buena organización. Se nota que hay cuidado en los detalles y buena disposición por parte del equipo. Sin duda, es un hotel recomendable para quienes buscan una estadía cómoda, limpia y con buena atención. Me voy con una muy buena impresión y lo tendría en cuenta para futuras visitas."

"I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The girl at check in was all attitude, we waited a few minutes after she finished with the folks before us and never got a "welcome" we had to beg to have the hot tub warm finally after a day she turned it on and then she tried to scam us for $41 telling us we damaged the sheets and they couldn't clean them. They had not tried cleaning them when this conversation happened (10 minutes after we checked out). I have since discovered she has gotten my CC from Expedia and charged me $68. The bathroom had only cold water at the sink and the fixtures look like they came out of a gas station bathroom. The tile work needs to be re-done or at least cleaned. there was good water pressure and hot water at shower. While we were there you could not sit by the pool because of the grinding on metal and welding being done to the railing, besides the neighborhood children that took over the pool. BFast was fair but not till 7 am which is problem if you have an early boat trip. San Cristobal is a nice town, stay somewhere better."

"A great place to stay... although it is indeed a hotel, it felt more like a b+b. Neri took good care of us and made excellent breakfasts every morning, served early when needed so that we could participate in tours. Great location and a wonderful place to stay."
