Well balanced

I would say it’s the kind of place exactly to expect in such a quiet little town like San cristobal de las Casas. Just the right distance away from the main tourist street. The hotel is quiet, clean, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. And if you have a rental this a no brainer for the parking is quite spacious and safe. Maybe the only downside is the Wi-Fi is poor as in practically all the town. Breakfast is ok, but there are many more delicious restaurants nearby.

Hotel comodo; los jardines y la tematica del hotel es buena. Considero podria mejorar el servicio y las condiciones de las instalaciones (la habitacion tenia manchas de humedad en el techo). La relacion calidad-precio es equilibrada. El hotel esta retirado del centro por lo que es muy tranquilo.

No dan la suite por la que pagas.

No me dieron la habitación por la que habia pagado me dieron otra de menor costo y no me reenbosaron la diferencia dijeron que eso era problema de la pagina. El servicio es lento apesar de no tener mucho ocupacion. Las toallas del baño muchas estaban manchadas y las cobijas de la cama tambien.

Ahora durante la pandemia, este hotel ofrece espacios al aire libre con un jardín hermoso y un restaurant agradable y con precios accesibles para no tener que ir al centro donde parecen no tener ningún protocolo de mantener la sana distancia ni usar cubrebocas. Aunque hacía mucho frío en la noche, habían cobijas suficientes para dormir cómodamente. Aunque está dentro de la ciudad, hubo silencio y muy poca gente, muy poco ruido para descansar bien. Muy buena experiencia por el precio económico....

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!! Recommended

This hotel is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and catering. They have on site parking, which is great considering the streets are super narrow and easy to have the rental hit. Rooms are spacious, clean and have running hot water. The property has many open areas and sits in a colonial Hacienda style, which make it very enchanting. The property is located about 12 minute walk from the main strip in San Cristobal, the Cathedral or Guadalupe church. Everything is walking distance from here. There is a store accross the street to buy necessities or snacks, a laundry place around the corner and many eateries within walking distance. The hotel’s restaurant is also a good option for food. Highly recommend this place and will stay here upon our return trip to San Cristobal!

Hermosas instalaciones, tranquilo, limpio y sin malos olores. La comída del restaurante rica y económica. Las habitaciones super cuidadas. Sus instalaciones super cuidadas, los jardines hermosos. Y todo el personal del hotel super amables y atentos. Son duda volvería a hospedarme en ese bellos lugar.
