"Clean, adequate, but smallish rooms. Hotel location on plaza worked. No complaints, but nothing remarks nothing remarkable for 1 night stay of an older couple"
"Very convenient location, lobby and adjoining sitting room comfortable and spacious. Indian pub/restaurant shares the building. The room was similar to motel, dated but clean and room enough for two queen beds. Fridge and microwave. Good for budget minded travelers."
"You could tell it was an older hotel but they’ve done a really good job with maintaining it. Really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was one of the best free continental breakfast is that I’ve had at a hotel."
"I actually never left a public negative review and was polite about my experience privately. That’s why receiving a condescending text from management afterward was honestly surprising.
Asking guests for feedback and then responding with pseudo-intellectual quotes instead of professionalism is a strange approach to hospitality. The issue was never “refinement” — it was simply the guest experience.
A respectful “thank you for the feedback” would have gone much further than an arrogant response meant to sound profound. Unfortunately, that interaction alone changed my impression of the business."
"We LOVE this place. The first time we stayed was 6 years ago and it has some nice improvements since then. The front office is lovely and filled with some souvenirs to remember your stay. Every front desk person we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. They have a big variety of trailers you can stay in, all with their own personality to fit your vibe. They also have fire pits for each trailer and you can buy wood onsite. Such a beautiful way to take in the scenery. The gorge and town are a quick drive. Go with friends, your partner, or even a family reunion. They have different options for gathering spots. Can’t wait to stay again."
