San Clemente hotel rooms a the Independent

"Nice hotel, friendly and polite staffs, delicious à la carte foods at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is okay but we will definitely be back again to stay during our vacation."

"Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. Then you have to wait for that to finish before you leave. I really do not understand this because they put a hold on your card for "expenses" so why the need to hold me hostage when I am rushing to leave to catch a plane???!!!"

"Swimming pool is under maintenance without notice. Not enough toiletries, towels are not soft. "

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and would like to try different rooms. the swimming was nice and clean. everything almost perfect. they just need to add a restaurant since most restaurant are far away from the hotel. or you would have to bring your own then the employee would charge your for bringing foods or drinks because they say the sell them on site. "

"My entire family really enjoys staying at this property because of the warm hospitality, delicious food, and excellent amenities. A special thanks to Ms. Mench for assisting me with everything and to Ms. Paulyn for helping me with the room booking. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic apologies if I’ve forgotten any names, but from the housekeeping and maintenance teams, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Overall, the experience has been wonderful, and we look forward to returning."
