"The property was undergoing major construction. No amenities were available. No breakfast, pool, or gym. Everything was roped off and plastic everywhere. No lobby. Tried to make the best of it for our family spring break. "

"The room was in horrible condition with large holes in the carpet at the entry, spiders in the shower, ants elsewhere and a freshly used toilet that had clearly been missed by the cleaning staff. We immediately checked back out and requested a refund, but the manager said we could not get one. I’ll be reversing the charges on my credit card. Sketchy place and disgusting accommodations, I would rather stay in a dark alley with a sleeping bag. "

"Loved this hotel and location. Very convenient to the beach, and local restaurants. Very clean and quiet. My only concern was for the limited parking. There is a bar next door that takes parking from the hotel on weekends and makes parking at night difficult. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for having us. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh but very repetitious. Should at least change it up a bit for week ends. Rooms are dated. Need to refresh, get rid of carpet. Air conditioning was so so. Rooms are dark and since the window overlooks the walking area couldn't leave curtains open. I ould not stay there again under the current conditions."
