The apartments are spacious and have everything you need except maybe some hair conditioner. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but fine with a decent selection. "A very accommodating hotel we arrived early and thankfully our room is ready so we were allowed gain access to our room early. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, we had a great stay."

"Before we arrived the communication with the hotel was not good, but once we arrived I was stunned with how kind and helpful everyone at the hotel is. My family keeps commenting on how nice everyone is. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. I would definitely recommend. "

Excellent hotel & incredible service

"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "

"We were a group of 10 who just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our groups expectations. It is quaint, in a beautiful setting. The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. "
