"Beautiful hotel with a courteous staff and wonderful spa. However, the pool is just average and the beach club, which is very nice, is located 3/8 mile from the hotel with no discount for hotel guests. Also note that the ferry times at night from Bellaghio and Verrena are limited after 7:00 PM"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and brand new, with gorgeous, comfortable amenities and an amazing view of the lake. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the center of Colico and very close to the train station, which made getting around Lake Como so easy. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. It’s an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasn’t really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."

Location is about 20 minutes by bus from Menaggio and the bus stops right in front of the hotel (across the street to go to Menaggio). The bus ride is fun and very scenic. "I absolutely loved everything about this place! Although there is no staff physically on site, communication through the app was excellent. The staff was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything incredibly easy, from check-in to the entire stay. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The appliances were modern and top-notch, including a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and stove. It truly felt like everything had been thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. My favorite part was how peaceful and quiet it was. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept the room perfectly comfortable, allowing me to sleep so peacefully and restfully. This has honestly been one of the best places I’ve stayed so far. I wish there were more hotels like this everywhere around the world. Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, and incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Just a good overall value stay, it's quite a far walk to the waterfront and town, not too bad walking downhill but walking uphill all the way back in teh summer months isn't ideal if you're wearing dinner wear. Decent views, rooms are dated and smallish, breakfast and staff are great though, there is a pool which is great and the onsite parking is a bonus as well. I'd stay again but if you want a true Lake Como experience you will want to splurge and get a waterfront property"

"Das Hotel ist super gelegen , wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick sowie Blick auf den schönen Pool, das Frühstück war hervorragend Die Gegend ist sehr gut zu erkunden zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, per Bus und Zug. Parkplatz war inclusive und bei den warmen Temperaturen freuten wir uns über den Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir äußerst zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder."
