"Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. "The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

Hotel Horto Convento

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel Horto Convento is a bit away from central Florence, but we found it to be a great place to unwind and recharge. It was quiet and tasteful. The staff members we interacted with were always upbeat, pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day and were done early in the day so we never had to worry about bumping in to them while they were cleaning the room if we happened to stop back at our room in the afternoon. Cherish at the front desk was always smiling and she was very helpful whenever we asked for her help. We loved the hotel and would stay here again."

"This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The Hotel is ideally situated two minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are good. My only downside - when I arrived the man on reception told me I had not paid for breakfast. As a result I only went down for breakfast on one day out of four. I went to pay my bill on checkout. I told the man I needed to pay for one breakfast and one bottle of spring water. The man told me I'd paid in advanced for breakfast each day. I was very disappointed at this as I'd only had one breakfast because I was told I hadn't paid in advance. I've stayed with C-Hotels on three occasions and this was the first time I had a bad experience. The other thing I would say is that I was served in the car by a young lady named Victoria. Victoria was courteous, helpful and very professional. She is a real credit to your company. I would visit again just to Buongiorno, mia bellissima amica. ❤️ Ti ho lasciato una bella recensione.
