"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "

"Room was large and very clean. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Check-in was easy with underground parking for a nominal fee. Hotel is right outside downtown area, making it super walkable. Breakfast was great with many options. "

The main area was great but the restaurant wasn’t very good and the guy bartending was so slow and he started as our waiter and was so slow, but the girls came around to help and got us Fed. The food options were lacking and no one really like their food except for the lamb chops and vege casserole. It was quite pricey for what you got. But I wish we had stayed another night to go to the spa. The workout room didn’t open very early. The breakfast was great and so was their coffee and baristas!"
