"This property was nice the food needs a little bit more taste and certain things need to be cooked more like the hot dogs but everything else excellent "
"so so beautiful with amazing access to the ocean. just be careful when entering the ocean on the ladders!! many sea urchins there and our friend stepped on one and we had to go to the hospital, but luckily the hotel staff helped us with where to go and how. "
Secrets La Romana Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly & kind from the minute you get there and even till the last moments you are there leaving. The beach was my absolute favorite part of the property, the water was clearer than the pool, no exaggeration. I will like to make a comment on the food, I disliked every restaurant BUT the cafe/buffet. The cafe & buffet had a lot of good food & different variety. The “restaurants” I felt tried too hard to make up fancy menus and being from the USA I felt the food choices were a mess and not tasty at all. If you like seasoned food & and even cultured Hispanic food, ur cafe & buffet will be your fav choice of dining. If you are younger & looking for a turned up resort, with hip hop music or any kind of party music & feel, this isn’t the place for you. The music is very much elevator music & it’s more of a relaxing environment. Just something to keep in mind. However I loved my stay here & I would come again. "
"We had a great time with our family at this hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The service was amazing as well. Alvaro from the Asian restaurant was super nice and helpful. Rafael in the Seagrill restaurant was also super quick in serving us and very nice. Merihan from concierge was constantly checking on us and very helpful as well."
