"Good boutique hotel "

"It was GREAT! The staff and manager were GREAT! They took wonderful care of us!!! "

"Beautiful hotel on an island in lake Titicaca. It’s got a causeway, so no boat required. The staff are wonderful, especially German at front desk, Paul at the bar, and David in the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are comfy. Loved it there and would stay again."

"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"This hotel is located in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Our room was very clean and our meals there were very good. The service was friendly, helpful and caring. "

"The place and staff were exceptional. The only problem I had with it all was it was an extremely cold, cloudy day. After arriving about 2 PM, on a freezing day, and after seeing my jetted tub in the window nook, all I wanted was the promised 24 hour available hot water that was promised. "Great experience, the family is very helpful and friendly. Dress for cold weather it is very cold."

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "

"The view was spectacular. Wilson, our host was very helpful. He also told us about how the islands are made and on Uros culture. Titicaca ecolux is a magical place. "

"One step above camping. Cold at night sun hot in day, great if you want to do nothing all day. No drinks or snack bring you own, only Beer and water. I dont recommend familys "

"La vista fue excelente fascinante! La habitación amplia y también la orientación es perfecta. La atención por parte de Nestor y Ana ha sido muy buena. Super recomendable.💯😃😃😃"

"A really special stay on the Uros islands, it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet with stunning views across the lake. It’s fairly basic but is a refreshing change from the chain hotels."

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."
