Hotel muito bom , recepção muito atenciosa , a única coisa que não gostei foi do chuveiro é muito baixo e para tomar banho tinha Wien ficar me abaixando .

Cómodo por ubicación y bueno en general.

La habitación muy chica y muy calurosa. El desayuno muy bueno. Área de la pileta y gym en el subsuelo algo incómodo. La estadía en general fue buena. La atención y predisposición de las recepcionistas fue muy buena.

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. La alfombra ha visto mejores días. El desayunador muy agradable, con una vista fantástica. El desayuno acotado pero fresco y rico. El personal atento y servicial.

Bom custo beneficio

O hotel tem boas instalações, quarto confortável e café da manhã bom, para o padrão argentino. Meu quarto não tinha vista para o lago, então a janela ficava virada para a rua San Martin. Não gostei porque dava para escutar todo o barulho da rua. Apesar do inverno rigoroso em Bariloche, os quartos ficam quentes por conta da calefação. Tive calor algumas noites e não quis abrir a janela por causa do barulho. Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom na hospedagem. Destaque para a Laura, moça de uma agência de viagens que fica na recepção do hotel e organizou todos os nossos passeios com muita simpatia!

No inicio foi um susto. Nos colocaram no pior quarto do hotel, mas só tivemos noção disso na péssima noite de sono. Quarto no primeiro andar, sem ventilação e super pequeno e quente, mas graças ao excelente atendimento nos colocaram em um maior e ainda por cima com vista pro lago. Foram super atenciosos para tirar qualquer tipo de duvida e dar dicas. Recomendo a todos.

Acorde al precio. Muy buena ubicación.

Excelente relación precio/calidad. Muy buena ubicación; para ir al centro caminando solo unos minutos; fácil acceso para vehículo. Muy buen servicio del personal. La pileta óptima, siempre había toallas o en su defecto te traían. Muy bueno el desayuno, completo. A mejorar: cobran el servicio de agua caliente para el termo, cosa que no me parece.

UM QUARTO FORNO!

O Hotel é razoável, o café da manhã é razoável e o quarto é "micro". O pessoal do atendimento "salva" a estadia. A minha, no entanto, foi péssima porque nos colocaram em um quarto onde não havia janelas e por isso não havia ventilação! Mesmo em Bariloche, um calor horrível para dormir!

Este hotel consta como 4 estrelas no trip advisor, mas pra mim, c mt esforço chega a 3. Fiquei num quarto de frente para rua, q mesmo c janelas anti ruído é super barulhento, o banheira vazava qd eu usava o chuveiro, deixando o banheiro todo molhado, e o café da manhã fraquíssimo. Não possui ar condicionado, mas pelo menos um ventilador deveria ter. O wi-fi, tbm não funcionava direito.

Nice hotel!

The hotel was very well located and walking distance from the center of the town. The room was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. I went to Bariloche during the summer which is not that hot. The hotel rooms don't have air conditioning and some nights I felt that opening the windows wasn't enough (a fact that is very common to ask hotels in the area). There was a lot of street noise which was unevitable since the windows had to be opened.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. Room was a bit small and very hot (no ability to change temp.) but overall would recommend.
