The staffs are amazing, the restaurant serves really authentic Argentina foods with reasonable price made it really convenient for us after a long day of traveling and hiking. The view from the panoramic room is fantastic. Would highly recommend
Great hotel, by the lake. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, spa area wasn't crowded end of March, we even had a couple of massages. Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were incredible, the view from our room a dream, and the wine overlooking the lake was so beautiful. The massages were outstanding, the jacuzzi a nice way to relax, and even a cat came to visit our room that was the highlight of my Bariloche trip.
Everything was great!! Room was spotless and comfortable, very cozy. Staff was attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast amazing! I will definitely recommend and stay again.
Great place to stay in Bariloche, centrally located. The breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious, really top notch. The spa and pool were a big plus. Eugenia at the front desk is a real gem, total drlight

This is a very nice hotel with magnificent views. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. Breakfast is very good and has everything you could want. The staff are warm and friendly. We felt very welcome. When there was a problem with our room, the hotel went above and beyond to make things right.

My room (number 6) was extremely outdated. The bathroom seemed to date back to the Falklands War, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere.
The noise from the road just 10 meters below was very loud, and to top it all off, the curtains were too short, providing neither proper darkness nor privacy for a ground-floor room. Another window in the entrance area had no curtains at all, with a lantern left on all night.
I won’t even mention the internet, which barely worked in my room. I almost changed hotels in the middle of the night because I simply couldn’t sleep.
The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was just acceptable.
There are many — really many — better options in Bariloche for the same price.
I stayed at this property for 5 nights in April 2025. This hotel had amazing views of the lake Nahuel Huapi. They restaurant had great dining options and amazing spa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel one of day trips and the hotel staff Max went above and beyond to connect me with other local travel agents. I highly recommend this hotel.
Receptionist and staff in general are very friendly, the breakfast was very good! Rooms are nice with a great view to the lake. Location is good, 10 min car drive to down town but right outside the city to make it more quite and with greater views to cerro catedral
