All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning. In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby. Thank you Sol

The property is old but in mostly good condition. The elevator doesn't go to theb5th floor and I had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. I'm 70 years old. There was a young man at the desk that was rude to me on separate occasions. He soeaks a little English. He called my room and told me breakfast hours were 7-10 and I thanked him. He asked what time I would eat and I replied between 7-10. He was insisting because they had a group that I would commit to a time. Im on vacation with my wife and I'll eat breakfast during the designated hours and not when some rude kid tells me I have to give a time. I'm the paying guest and of you want my business, you'll treatbme as a guest. Most of your staff were pleasant.

Terrible check in experience! The team do not spread English not even a word. Very slow handling Even after booking the room the price is not clear. Initially we received probably the worse room possible not rinocated on the first floor. Not even close to the picture on Expedia web site… After complaining, very difficult with the language barrier and huge inconvenience they replaced to another room on the roof floor. It’s ok but several infrastructure issues… The room is so hot, the bath water can is broken…

Buena ubicación y condiciones físicas del hospedaje, contemplando que tiene casi 100 años y ha sido renovado. La cama y almohadas un poco duras, pero bien para una noche. El desayuno aunque tiene muchas opciones, solo esta compuesta por bollería, cereales, un poco de embutidos y mermeladas…. Hace falta huevos para los que no comemos dulce y harina temprano en la mañana.

Estuvimos mi familia y yo dos noches , esta muy bien ubicado, hay tiendas , restaurantes todo alrededor , En general está bonito , aunque algunos cuartos les hace falta remodelación Son muy viejos , no todos están remodelados. No habia café en el cuarto 🙁

El hotel está muy céntrico, están cerca los restaurantes más icónicos, tiendas, chocolaterías, etc. Las excursiones que tomé, todas pasaban por mí al frente del hotel por lo céntrico. El personal es muy educado y alegre. La comida del desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy variado. Hace falta un poco de proteína (el huevo lo venden por aparte). La habitación muy limpia y en buen estado estructural. Hay buena calefacción. El tomacorrientes está escondido entre la cama y la pared por lo que si quiere usar el celular mientras lo carga hay que mover la cama para hacerlo. Creo que fue el mejor lugar que pude visitar al precio que pagué.
