Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!

Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price.

Good in parts, but lacking touches

A modern comfortable hotel built on the side of a hill with mountain and lake views. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant is very good and reasonable but like most places in Argentina they don't open till 8pm. There is a take away option for lunch. The parking can be a problem, it is up a steep gradient and the car park is gravel, this also gives problems taking luggage into the hotel. My biggest complaint though that there is no outdoor seating anywhere to just sit and chill, including in the rooms where there is a nice balcony but nothing to sit on.

This is an amazing hotel - excellent in every way including food, food service and beverage service - the location is a bit remote but that adds to the charm and value of the hotel - make a detour of RN 40 and spend at least 2 nights!

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar magico. Su estructura tiene un design que se incorpora bien el el ambiente. La vista desde la terraza con piscina es espectacular. Muy lindo el hall que es también el lugar donde se desayuna. Excelente la repostería toda casera! Comí bien también en el restaurante aun el hotel estaba por cerrar por fin de temporada. Personal muy gentil y disponible. Habitaciones cómodas y con vista. Espero volver.

Lo que me gustó...desde la calidez de la recepción!! Pasando por la maravillosa habitación!;! Con una vista espectacular al lago y las montañas!!! Y después degustar los manjares del desayuno... Notaba como estaban atentos a que no faltara nada y constantemente reponian...una maravilla!!! Y.. lo que menos me gustó puede ser el camino de ripio y algo la subida de la entrada... pero igual no es demasiado!! Es muy recomendable!! Gracias!!!

Hotel lindo pero con deficientes servicios

Hotel muy bonito pero deficiente en sus servicios, no posee service room, las habitaciones no cuentan con frigo bar, no cuentan con servicio de bienvenida ni ayuda de transporte de maletas al llegar ni al salir, no cuenta con Wi Fi. Muchas escalas, lugar no apto para cardíacos ni pequeños niños.
