PÉSSIMA SURPRESA

Bom, fomos eu e minha esposa no intuito de comemorarmos nossos 2 anos de casamento. A princípio as fotos aqui no site são boas, mostravam um apartamento bonito, aconchegante e confortável. Mas não foi isso que encontramos lá. Primeiro estava um fedor tremendo de cigarro, ruim até para dormir, sendo que está claro aqui que é para NÃO fumantes. Depois a roupa de cama estava com aparência suja, mal cheiro, travesseiros super pequenos e desconfortáveis. Limpeza do quarto bem ruim. E a cama de solteiro que tinha no quarto estava com um lençol rasgado e manchado. Nos sugeriram trocar de quarto no dia seguinte. Fomos. Estava com uma roupa de cama limpa e cheiro mais agradável. Mas lá a vista para o lago era pior, pois era no 1º andar e o antigo no 3º e a cama de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiros juntas. Ficava um buraco ao meio. Horrível para um casal, e para qualquer um. Doía a coluna, super desconfortável. Fato é que, pagamos por X e recebemos -2X. Não haveria nenhuma problema estar ali desde que estivéssemos cientes do que encontraríamos e pagando o justo para isso. Uma coisa é simplicidade, outra é sujeira e falta de cuidado. Apesar da Ana, responsável pela locação ter sido super atenciosa, não diminuiu a péssima experiência.

Nos fue muy bien, el Dpto. Muy bien ubicado, buenas condiciones, todo lindo, lo único que no me gusto fue que cuando pregunte del estacionamiento de autos, me lo querían cobrar. Entonces estacione en otro lugar, yo creía que el alquiler incluía estacionamiento

O apart é bom e bem localizado. Deveriam mudar o jeito de entrega das chaves porque geralmente quem viaja de um país para o outro costuma chegar sem telefone e não consegue entrar em contato com o responsável.
