One night stay very nice

This hotel was very nice. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is good. The room was especially clean and the bed very comfortable. It is located next to the freeway so you might hear some noise. The morning hot breakfast was adequate and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I called the place to ask if I can do a midnight check in. The Staff was nice to put a note, so I can do a late check in. I wish they have complementary water in the frig. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure is a bit weak compared to the one I have at home. Easy check out. There wasn’t any hot food for breakfast. Just got the muffins and packaged fruits. Overall, it was a good stay.

Part of the reason I booked this location was because it had a EV charger. When I pulled up and checked the price on the machine, it said $300/hour. Since I couldn't believe it, I went into the front desk to ask about it. They said that was the rate and that there was, unfortunately nothing they could do because the hotel owner works with ChargePoint to set the rate. He said some people have charged without checking first and been pretty surprised when they got the bill. They either need to have a reasonable rate or not advertise that they have a charger. Needless to say, I couldn't charge my car. In addition, my room was on the highway side and I heard the traffic all night.

discussed and disappointed

Myself and my wife had reservations at the Best Western hotel for the night of July 17 with checkout on the 18th. We arrived approximately at 3 Pm on the 17th. The photos on their website do not depict what it really looks like. The parking lot is completely open and is just a little better than parking on the street. The lobby and registration desk was enclosed in heavy glass or Plexiglas sheeting similar to what you would find in a bank or corner gas station or liquor store that was subject to frequent armed robbery. The picture on their website did not look like this. My wife asked if we could look at a room, and the attendant stated that no he could not allow us to look at a room. My wife refused to stay there so we left and found other accommodations. Should have look more thoroughly at the references.

Für Leute, die geräuschempfindlich sind, ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Autobahn. Im Zimmer hört man jeden LKW der vorbei fährt und es ist eine sehr belebte Autobahn. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und sauber. In der Dusche sollte man sich beim Duschen allerdings immer festhalten, da sie sehr rutschig ist und nach hinten abfällt. Draussen gibt es keine Gelegenheit, sich irgendwo hin zu setzen. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.
