"I was very surprised about this property. I wasn’t expecting much however it looked like it had been renovated and everything looks new and fresh and clean. The beds are fresh and clean. The toilet did seem to be constantly running and I was frustrated that I put do not disturb sign on my door because I didn’t want anyone in my room and they came in anyway. Otherwise it was a great stay. "

"This was an enjoyable stay. I moved from the east coast back to the Palm Springs area around Easter and the COACHELLA music festival. I needed a safe, affordable and convenient place to stay while house hunting. XOLA wound up being the prfect place. My wife is a full time student and needed reliable internet and quiet conditions to take exams and do classwork. We were on a budget. We were accomodated on rverything we needed. The staff was accommodating on every request. Great experience! We wound up being there 2 weeks and finally found our perfect home to live in the Palm Springs area. Highly Recommended!"
