Hotel situato a Porto d'Ascoli, comodissimo ai mezzi pubblici e fronte spiaggia e ristorante convenzionati con la struttura, colazione nella media, parcheggio privato interno. Si devono assolutamente migliorare insonorizzazione delle stanze e i letti.

Struttura veramente sporca in condizioni terrificanti , da non proporre. Per pe scale una moquet sporca e negli angoli una roba indegna. Le pareti sporche. La doccia nel bagno senza un box Polvere e ragnatele la colazione veramente scarsa e poco incitante Insomma direi che per il prezzo richiesto è un furto

Proprietario e staff cordiali ma ambiente vetusto, poco pulito e maleodorante (il proprietario ogni tanto entrava nell’atrio interno con la sigaretta accesa, nella camera era persistente un forte odore di profuma ambiente come a coprire l’odore di vecchio). Nonostante ci fosse obbligo della Mascherina negli ambienti chiusi causa Covid (con tanto di cartello all’ingresso dell’hotel), nessuna persona dello staff la indossava (tantomeno tutti i Clienti presenti durante il mio soggiorno). La camera si presenta con arredamento basico e poco curata (pareti macchiate, polvere sulle canaline copri cavi, balcone con sedie in plastica ormai sbiadite dal sole). Il bagno è molto piccolo, la doccia è senza tendina e la rubinetteria si presenta tutta arrugginita. Ho dovuto soggiornare in questo hotel una notte nel periodo pre-ferragosto per questione di emergenza. Se il proprietario non provvedrà ad effettuare un rinnovo dell’albergo per renderlo più confortevole non credo proprio che vi possano essere recensioni positive.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica , sul lungomare! il proprietario ci ha gentilmente prenotato l'ombrellone e 2 lettini nello stabilimento balneare convenzionato(a pagamento) di fronte. È provvisto di parcheggio gratuito, ottimo x sostare per tutto il soggiorno e noleggiare biciclette. Gentile il personale soprattutto il proprietario! L'unica pecca è che è un albergo vecchio, è rimasto agli anni 80, sarebbe da ristrutturare, ma la pulizia è impeccabile!

la foto che vedete a sinistra è una truffa,solo un piano fatiscente piano terra,doccia militare sul pavimento,colazione mi auguro di non ammalarmi,il primo giorno ispezionavo il dispenser spremute ERA NERO DAL FORO USCITA LIQUIDO,dal secondo giorno tolto MA PENSA posizionata bottiglia, nipote del propietario che gioca con vasetti yogurt non refrigerati poi si LAVA MANI NEL CONTENITORE DEL GHIACCIO spaventoso

L' accoglienza cordiale e disponibilità del proprietario; ma la struttura andrebbe ristrutturata. Le camere sono un pò "vissute" ed il bagno troppo piccolo per soggiorni lunghi. Ho pernottato una sola notte con mio marito e ci siamo arrangiati, ma per un periodo più lungo non credo di poterlo consigliare. Andrebbe rivisto anche il punto di buffet della prima colazione per esposizione al sole di alcune pietanze.. La struttura è situata a due passi dal mare ed è questa il vero punto di forza.
