It was amazing , it was very large we booked for 2 and they gave us for 4 very nice . We are clean and we maintain but they are doing cleaning only once in 3 days we stay 4 and they haven’t clean , when approached to reception asked why !? They said it was cleaned cos your room is crossed in the journal don’t you see?😂😂 in general nice hotel

Newly renovated, very comfortable nice hotel. They have a rarity in Playa del Ingles: a warmed-up swimming pool. Furthermore, I liked the fake grass on the balcony and around the pool area.

The staff are absolutely terrible, so rude, no smile when walking past, no hello, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, there is a bar/resteraunt connected to the hotel and the man that worked there l, think he is owner abused me a few times and spoke very bad to my friend, I have never in my life witnessed such behaviour

Bästa Rocka Verde ❤️

Helt fantastiskt ställe, lugnt och skönt, rent och fint, boendet perfekt vad vi önskat oss. Många ❤️till Rita i receptionen så trevlig , hjälpsam och välkomnande. Ett minus var att sängarna var för hårda. Fina pooler och ett helt nytt fräscht gym, lagom gångavstånd till strand. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka och kan rekommendera alla att åka och bo på Rocka Verde ❤️❤️❤️

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel était excellent. Les réceptionnistes sont top et très à l’écoute. Les 3 piscines sont très bien avec beaucoup de transats. L’hôtel quand à lui est très bien situé, à côté de beaucoup de choses comme la mer, les restaurants, supermarché etc… en bref je recommande

Excellent value for money. Greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first day and there is a very nice and quiet pool area. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and although it is a little worn it’s fantastic for the price.

The receptionist have zero customer services skills she’s just whining all day behind the reception and unprofessional. I did ask a late check out prior to my stay (1 month before) but I’ve been told to ask the D day which I did and been told to leave in the next 2 hours she even come to knock at my door !!!! What the hell ! It doesn’t give you time to find something else if you got late flight ! Otherwise the cleaners are amazing always polite and friendly
