Gebucht: Suite mit Meerblick All-Inclusive. Suiten sind Bungalows (2 Suiten je Bungalow) am Ende Hotelanlage. Ausstattung gut, separater Schrankraum. Großzügiges Bad mit riesiger Dusche, WC Bidet. Terrasse mit Whirlpool, 2 Gartenliegen, 2 Stühle Tisch. Vor Bungalows ein Stück Rasen mit Liegen für Gäste, dann Strandpromenade schöner Strand. Suite Whirpool wurden täglich gereinigt, Terrasse gefegt. Es fehlt Wasserkocher und/bzw Kapselmaschine. Außenanlage des Hotels ist großer Pluspunkt. Viel Rasen, Palmen, Sträucher, Blumen, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Pools machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. EG, mit Rezeption, Bar Restaurant ist auch alles sehr sauber, wirkt aber in die Jahre gekommen. Nur ein öffentliches WC gefunden, nicht ausreichend für Gästeanzahl. Im Herren-WC nur eine Kabine ein Urinal. Urinal kaum nutzbar, da mehr Design als nützlich. Rezeption: Mitarbeiter sprechen Deutsch, sind höflich hilfsbereit. Check-in Check-out problemlos. Frühstück ist von guter Qualität und Auswahl Mittagessen in Ordnung Abendessen: Vorspeisen,Salate Desserts gut, Hauptspeisen kaum gewürzt, häufig schlechte Qualität. Getränke: Cocktails Longdrinks leider nicht mit gewohnten Zutaten. SB-Getränkestationen werden abends leider ausgeschaltet, kein Mehrwegkonzept Service: sehr personenabhängig von supernett bis arrogant Sauberkeit Geschirr Handtücher einige Male mangelhaft Achtung bei Leihwagen: öffentl Parkplätze in Umgebung total überlastet

A noisy experience at a normally quiet hotel

I have been at Bull Costa Canaria a few times and the hotel has its ups and down. Firstly I would like to highlight the ups during this stay. The cleaning lady Vanessa made it to our hart with her good mood and friendliness. The staff at the reception were also perfect, skilful and helpful. The swimming pool kept the promised 26 degrees for the whole stay. The room was comfortable as always. To the down side. First of all, the demolition of the next door hotel was a very noisy story, that made it impossible to use the balcony (that normally is a treat) and made it difficult to stay in the hotel area for the day. The staff in the restaurant were not the most friendly and service minded that I have met and the food was not up to normal standard. I guess the hotel save money on the food to survive the effects of Covid as well as the effects from the demolition of the next door hotel. Will I come back? Well, not during the next year or two.

Tres bon séjour de 10 jours début Aout 2021. Confort des chambres tres correct, bonne literie. Balcon vue plage a 200m pour le bruit des vagues. Bonne restauration très complete. Climatisation un peu faible lors des jours de Calima (vent chaud du désert) car tout l'hotel l'utilise a fond. Propreté ok

Really lovely stay. Location close to the beach means you hear the waves as you go to sleep! We stayed for 10 days which was probably too long ... although the food is excellent, a buffet gets tired after a week. The spa is lovely and the treatments reasonably priced. Staff are all very nice, and extras in the bar/restaurant are also inexpensive. Would certainly visit again.

Albergo molto ben curato e con alcuni dettagli davvero particolari. Pur essendo parecchio grande permane una tranquillità assoluta. Personale disponibilissimo e sempre gentile. Immerso in giardini lussureggianti. Gli unici suoni che si sentivano erano i canti dei pappagalli che volavano sopra le altissime palme. Piacevole trascorrere del tempo nella SPA. Un 10 a tutto!

Hotel maravilloso

Hotel maravilloso para descansar, spa de lujo y atención de los empleados de 10. Lo único a mejorar es que por las mañanas y a medio día las señoras de la limpieza no tienen cuidado con el descanso y dan portazos continuamente y hablan a voces y no pudimos dormir la siesta ningun día.
