Clean hotel in downtown, walking distance to the riverwalk, yes about 3 Min walk. We feel safe walking. For the price I paid on a weekend, the hotel is a good value. Good breakfast, quiet at night. All of us has good night sleep.

It was difficult to regulate the AC system in the room. Needed more front desk personnel for guest check in. Refrigerator did not get cold. The sink faucet leaked water under the faucet housing to the sink top. The breakfast was good, required taking to the room for reheating. A microwave in the service area would have been helpful.

Loved the location of the hotel and the staff was very awesome! Breakfast was a let down. No waffles, no butter, watery eggs, but the coffee was on point. I traveled with my mom, daughter, and 2 grandkids and the room was fantastic, loved the trundle bed and it was perfect for my grandbabies.

Hotel need upgrades especially being right by the Riverwalk! The showers had permanent stains and it seemed like it could be cleaned better. I’ve stayed at better Springhills before and this was on the low end of them. Staff was nice and helpful!

The checking end was kind of confusing since it was the first time I booked a hotel. But the young lady that was there on the front, help me, and what's wonderful. We had easy answers to pool. The breakfast was wonderful. I actually went down every morning to eat and they have a variety of choices for breakfast.From egg, sausage potatoes to cereal.Oatmeal, bread, bagels, coffee juices, so many things.. I will definitely book this hotel again.In the future.
