The staff was professional and courteous. Our room was clean. The hotel location was close from Lackland AFB and close to freeways. Perhaps a bit more or maintenance in the building is needed, but overall it was a great experience! (I would definitely stay there if visiting San Antonio)

Great stay, beds were comfortable, loved that hygiene products were available including a hair dryer, surprised that upon turning on the tv- it was personalized to my name- that felt very welcoming- staff was very friendly and attentive. Would have loved to have a full breakfast rather than just cereal and bagels but it worked overall. Would definitely stay here again

The quality reflected the price i paid. The lobby area was well maintained, but my room was literally falling apart in certain areas, and had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was decent sized and the AC worked great. They also had signs warning to not keep anything in your car as they have a problem with people breaking into vehicles. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot.

The hotel is very clean , the staff were great! The disappointing part was the breakfast. It was very minimal compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Only had beagels, bread, boiled eggs, apples oranges and yoghurt. For the price of the hotel I expected more variety in the continental bf menu.

Room had cracked paint and black mold in bathroom. Staff was friendly. No lotion or shower cap. Room was not cleaned between days. Was more like an old Holiday Inn than a Hilton. Breakfast was very minimal. Will not stay there again.
