"Hotel Gibbs will be my new go-to whenever I am visiting the San Antonio area. From the time of calling for directions (slightly hard to find due to the ongoing construction) to check-out everything was perfect! Although, I failed to get the amazing front desk professionals name, she was there when I checked in and guided me perfectly to the hotel, had my keys ready and is such an extraordinarily kind person - thank you! Hotel Gibbs is an old bank that was gorgeously renovated many, many years ago. It was so nice to hear a little of its backstory from her. Exceptional stay - very safe, quiet, peaceful with a very comfy bed & beautiful wood doors, wonderful breakfast and very kind valets. 10/10!!! Highly recommend and I will be back!!
