Not happy with this rental

I was emailed a code to enter a few days before the trip but when we got there the code did not work. I contacted the evolve team and they had the property owner call me and she gave me a different code to use. There was an almost empty bottle of soda in the fridge which should have been removed prior to our stay. We had to provide our own trash bags and ice. There was no place upstairs to sit besides the beds. There was no where to sit outside either. They made us take out the trash and put all the blankets and towels in one pile which I did not feel should be the guest's responsibility. This was definitely not a home away from home vibe. It felt cold, lonely and sad there. Will not be staying there again. For those who will book here in the future, my advice is take your own paper plates, ice, trash bags, dish soap and kleenex.
