Breakfast was very simple(continental usually is), their coffee machine wasn’t working very well and required assistance from the staff Eggs weren’t real and French toast was like cardboard(thing white bread) Yogurt, fruit and pasteries were available along with cereals. The room was adequate and clean, some of the plugs didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t fully close. The hallways had a little smell to it… The breakfast was very bad and made me ill (85/100 food safety rating and I see why). I peeked into the kitchen and it was dirty (think smelly mop water…) Do not eat their breakfast.

The staff were polite and helpful when we spoke with them, which we appreciated. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues during our stay. The hair dryer was broken and left in an unsafe condition, the refrigerator had a moldy odor, and shampoo was missing. We also requested housekeeping service, but the room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced as requested. Fresh towels were only provided the following day after another request. I hope the hotel can improve room maintenance and housekeeping consistency for future guests.
