Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Valet parking was nice and we were so close to the riverwalk we could walk everywhere but was shocked on how much it was a night. I guess it could be cheaper than other parking garages. Overall it was a great stay.

Had a really great experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The service was quick, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

Front Desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us get our rooms coordinated so i could be next to my family. My daughter was not aware she had lost her credit card. They couldn't contact her so , @ 3A somehow they figured out who I was and called me to come retrieve it. Above all Adam at guest services went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 🙃I would highly recommend them

Good hotel for individuals looking to be close to the San Antonio night life and river walk. Not the best hotel for families with little ones looking to get an early night sleep. Parking not available on hotel ground, only Valet parking available or paid parking lots. Staff personnel were top notch.
