"The room floors (carpet and tiles) were dirty. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped or vacuumed consistently. There was sewer smell inside the bathroom. Even when the air conditioning was turned on, you’ll be welcomed by entering the room with a musty smell, not sure if it was from the vent. Upon check out, I was told that there was a missing face towel and would be charged for it. I asked them to recheck because I am not interested in keeping any of their old, used, and smelly towels. The person checking said everything was accounted for. The hotel needs maintenance."

"The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty."

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time."
