The beds and pillows were great. Rooms quiet. Good AC. No bugs. They let me buy pillows for $10 each. Price was good. Continental breakfast was hit or miss and watch the ice buckets. But overall it was a good experience. Would stay again.

Not the best experience

I had to switch rooms and had to pay extra because i can not go upstairs. There was a cancelation of another room and it was a big problem trying to get my money back. Not the best experience

Where do i start. To begin with the door was difficult to unlock. As soon as you walked in i smelled horrible. Like cleaning supplies with cigarette smoke. There was blood stains on the bed covers and on the bathroom door. There was no hot water. I have added pictures. I want a full refund please.

I guess since it was owned by Wyndamm that the breakfast would at least a contential. Not just coffee and Yogart. After I saw that I felt like a booked a room at Motel 6.

The property was pretty clean the pool was good but my wife was there for our 27th anniversary and when I was looking on the internet about the hotel it had a hot breakfast but we get there and it was only toast and coffee that isn't good so I won't be telling anyone to try that hotel other then don't believe what you see on the advertisement we won't be back

$50 cash deposit required on check-in. Non-smoking room was reserved; smoking room was provided - with, of course, the obligatory holes burned into the bedspread, bad smell, etc. Cockroach in refrigerator. Tub had no stopper, so shower only. Bulbs missing in lamps.

Staff were nice. The room smelled like mold. The bathroom walls were dirty and outdated. Bathroom is very small. Drug users and homeless all around the premises and at our doorway. Bed was very comfortable and pillows very nice and soft. I couldn't sleep well knowing roaches were crawling around and the mildew ofor was unbearable. I will not be visiting again.

Expedia did not explain why they couldn’t refund if it was before actual checkin Did not even stay the night neither merchant nor Expedia would take responsibility for 110.00w deposit, so sad because I’ve always used and promoted Expedia until now when I need them .

There were drug users in the parking lot when we arrived. The room itself didn’t look terrible upon walking in but on further inspection it was dirty, the dust blanket had cigarette burns in the in a non smoking room, the bathroom was outdated and not cleaned properly. For a family of 4 they only gave us two towels to shower with, the tv in our room did not work. The refrigerator was dirty and the freezer section was come filled with frost. The ONLY decent thing about this place was the bed itself. The steps are falling apart as well an there is no elevator. Oh it also has an iHop it shares a parking lot with but the food was terrible there. I DO NOT suggest this hotel unless you are absolutely desperate for sleep.
