"The only hiccup was the dryer didn't work on the 8th floor and I had to go to the 2nd floor to dry the clothes. The washing machine was broken on the 2nd floor as well. "

"I had no trouble with the internet and we were relaxing enjoying our movies and youtube videos without any delay"

"Hotel was quiet. Bed was very comfy. We had a balcony that was nice. View was mostly building but you could see the end of the river walk. The hotel is not in a busy area of the riverwalk. If you want to be in the middle of all the action this is not your hotel. Restaurant was ok if you want something close. "

"We live in CNTX and La Omni is our favorite hotel on the riverwalk. Went for girls trip this time and it was fun seeing a new area of the Mansion. We were on 6th flr with view of Tower of Americas. The valet is the way to go for parking, upon leaving, Armando was THE BEST and so very helpful! The rooms are comfy and clean."

"Pros-updated lobby/breakfast area, super close to airport and very convenient friendly shuttle service. Hot shower with good pressure. Early morning, friendly desk staff. Cons- lady at front desk for checking us in acted like her job was a hassle. We stood waiting for her to come to the desk for close to 10 minutes wondering where the staff was. The light above our sink didn’t work, sheets “seemed clean” but were stained so yuck. Seems like they are still working on updating this hotel location. No “real” sign for hotel just a banner right now. "
