Very nice hotel. Everything was so close and walkable. Nice Starbucks Cafe in the lobby. The atmosphere of the town is very enjoyable.

I don’t know why this property hasn’t had recent ratings , I stayed here and I must say wa a the best decision for me . The room was clean and the food was excellent , very fresh with so many healthy options .

Buyer Beware

Make sure you reserve a room in the new section, not the "classic" section or you will be in a tiny dinghy room loke I did. I asked to move, but they said no vacancies, which i doubted in mid-week San Andres Tuxtla. Restaurant is abysmal, pretty facilities but the service is crazy bad.

Like the location, didn’t like that the hotel room key shut everything off when you leave the room it’s 100 degrees outside and you return to a hot room.

Site is located in a remote, poorly accesible town with poor to no cell phone for hours of slow terrible drive. Then, I get a message they change policy and request payment prior to arrival or threatened to cancel the reservation. It was impossible since I was already driving, on my way there, for hours in very poor and slow roads with bad cell reception. Stressed that I was going to loose my reservation and the trip complicates. On top of this, the room was outdated/old

The hotel itself is okay, with a very good restaurant. I had booked a two-night stay but ended up leaving after just one night because I couldn’t sleep at all due to loud noise and music from a concert on the street. Despite all the windows being closed, the sound insulation seemed insufficient. The noise/ concert stopped at 4:30am. The next morning, the staff kindly offered me a different room, which I appreciated. However, I couldn’t risk another sleepless night before an important event, so I decided to check out early. I’m left wondering whether quieter rooms were available from the start, and if so, why I wasn’t offered one initially.

My toom was located on the 1st floor. The window of my room faced the wash room which make it very noisy, therefore making it very difficult to get some rest. Somel staff members kept slamming a door which faced my window throught the night and talked very early in the morning. I had to call the front desk at 6:30 am to get them to stop slamming the door. As for the staff talking by my window, well that continued throught my stake making it very difficult to rest. Other than this everything else was good.

Yo siempre llegaba ahí de St Louis Missouri había llegado por 4 años pero está última vez fue pésima traigo un granito en mi pierna y se manchó poquito la sabana y me cobraron 800 pesos y lo que ellos me mostraron no fue lo que yo manche y no lo hice a propósito fue un accidente pequeño pero me salí y busqué otro lugar
